Overview

We are seeking a high-energy and experienced customer success professional with a validated, successful track record of driving successful customer business outcomes. The CSM will be responsible for a select portfolio of Industry centered customers following them post-sales to ensure the customer is achieving the business outcomes and goals they expect with NVIDIA's products.

In Short

  • Establish relationships with pivotal customer contacts.
  • Develop individual success plans to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Lead customer onboarding and support.
  • Examine business value metrics and support internal development.
  • Identify customer churn risks and build risk mitigation plans.
  • Provide a feedback loop to the product organization.
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of the NVIDIA enterprise software portfolio.
  • Exceptional project management experience.
  • Strong curiosity about new technologies.

Requirements

  • BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to provide thought leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Understanding of industry workflows and modern AI trends.
