The Total Rewards Program Manager provides professional expertise in designing and implementing incentive compensation programs for colleagues at all levels. This individual is viewed as a subject matter expert and regularly advises executive leaders and human resources on total rewards strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, Benefits, Compensation, or Incentives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid consulting and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to any size group.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
  • Ability to act as a change agent and influence leaders.
