The Total Rewards Program Manager provides professional expertise in designing and implementing incentive compensation programs for colleagues at all levels. Requirements

• Strong business acumen and ability to navigate regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly to any size group.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
