Overview

The Retail Service Operations Team Leader is responsible for overseeing service and operations for approximately 10 branches within a defined market area, mentoring a team to execute service and operational objectives.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience leading or influencing a team.
• 3 years of retail service with operational experience.
• Branch banking experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
