Operations Team Lead - Remote

Overview

The Operations Team Lead position is demanding and fast-paced, requiring the colleague to be highly efficient in their time management, able to prioritize daily demands, communicate effectively, and be detail-oriented. This role assists upper management with a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

• Serve as a point of contact between the team and upper management.
• Provide direction and support to team members.

• Perform daily functions of manager when manager is on PTO.
• Assist with preparation for meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth project execution.

• Plan and oversee timelines and deliverables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in appraisal operations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Training or experience in leadership and team management.
• Basic comprehension of appraisals, contracts, and inspections.
• Understanding of CMS/NETOX/WEBLGY and other relevant systems.
