QA Testing Analyst Lead - Remote

Overview

The QA Testing Analyst Lead role for the IT collections and recovery group, will be responsible for manual testing and act as project test lead for multiple projects. This includes planning and coordinating the testing as well as creating and executing test strategy documents for projects impacting systems in the collections Operations areas.

In Short

• Responsible for manual testing and project test lead for multiple projects.
• Create Test Strategy/Plan Documents.
• Create Systems Integration test cases and test scripts.
• Support User Acceptance Testing with business segment testers.
• Create and deliver testing estimates and metrics.
• Assist Project Managers in defect resolution.
• Participate in quality assurance meetings.
• Validate system quality during production implementation.
• Coaching and mentoring team members.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Min 5 years of Quality Assurance testing experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of test data requirements.
• Experience with test management tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Previous analytical experience.
