Test Analyst QA - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Test Analyst QA to join our IT service center, contributing to the improvement of system integration testing and supporting the Technology & Product teams.

In Short

• Join the Quality Engineering team of three people.
• Develop and maintain test scenarios and necessary environments.
• Contribute to the improvement of continuous integration and testing best practices.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Organize compatibility, reliability, and security tests of the software suite.
• Formalize test campaign results to ensure traceability and continuous process improvement.
• Work in a Microsoft environment.
• Collaborate with product and operational teams.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for bug tracking and project management.
• Engage in a culture of teamwork and shared values.

Requirements

• Bac +2 in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a software tester.
• ISTQB Test Analyst certification is a plus.
• Proficient in bug tracking systems and project management tools.
• Good understanding of continuous integration.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Curiosity and patience in analyzing failures.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
