QA Tester/Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Tester/Analyst to join our quality assurance team. As a QA Tester/Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications by conducting thorough testing and analysis.

In Short

• Remote (WFH) position based in the Philippines.
• Work schedule: mid-shift, 1:00PM-10:00PM (5 days per week).
• 3-5++ years of experience required.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual and automated testing for various applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders.
• Set up and maintain test environments.
• Stay updated on testing tools and methodologies.
• Document and report test results and progress.

Requirements

• Experience in QA testing and analysis.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG.
• Strong defect tracking and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of test planning and strategy development.
• Experience in regression and functional testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
