Head of Finance (Controller-level, CFO-Track) - Remote

Overview

The Head of Finance will own and rebuild Brixio’s finance operations from the ground up, ensuring accurate, timely, and audit-ready reporting while implementing world-class processes that support international growth.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end accounting process for all entities.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closes and reconciliations.
• Maintain a clean, auditable general ledger.
• Lead the implementation of financial automation tools.
• Coordinate local compliance with vendors.
• Manage and mentor junior finance operations staff.
• Collaborate with FP&A for accurate budgeting and forecasts.
• Act as the finance point of contact for the CEO.
• Lead the cleanup and restructuring of the Philippine entity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Experience with financial software, preferably Xero.
• Ability to lead and mentor a finance team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in compliance and statutory oversight.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with international financial standards (PFRS, IFRS).
