Finance Controller - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Controller to join the fast-growing Centric Software family. In this role, you will oversee financial transactions reports, and ensure compliance with local accounting regulations within the EMEA region, including UK, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, etc.

In Short

• Supervise monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure accurate preparation of month-end financial statements under IFRS.
• Lead statutory audits for EMEA entities.
• Collaborate with teams to implement best practices in accounting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes.
• Support the global finance team with regional reporting.
• Lead and mentor EMEA team for financial projects and analysis.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• At least 15 years of experience in a senior finance role.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of local accounting and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in financial software and ERP systems (NetSuite, Coupa preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
