Overview

Centric Software is seeking a Cloud Security Manager to join our dedicated CyberSecurity team. This role is both hands-on and governance-focused; you’ll secure our AWS and Azure environments while also ensuring compliance.

In Short

• Partner with security and engineering leadership to design a scalable cloud security roadmap.
• Establish practices to ensure accountability for security deliverables.
• Develop cloud security programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for cloud security initiatives.
• Support employee retention and growth through mentoring.
• Define and track KPIs and security metrics.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in cloud security (AWS & Azure).
• Strong technical expertise in AWS and Azure services.
• Experience with cloud SIEM/SOAR and incident response tools.
• Ability to develop cloud security governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Excellent communication skills for technical risks explanation.
