Overview

Thanks (thanks.co) is seeking a Strategic Key Accounts Lead with 5+ years experience in partnerships and 3+ of experience in advertising or adtech to join our team and play a founding role in ensuring our strategic accounts achieve maximum value from their partnerships with us.

In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact for mid-market and enterprise Publishers and Advertisers.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new advertisers.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing strategies across digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for optimizing advertisers' campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client initiatives.
  • Drive client satisfaction through regular interactions.
  • Identify upsell opportunities by understanding client objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships.
  • 3+ years of experience in advertising or adtech.
  • Strong understanding of Martech and CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo).
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in client retention and growth.
