Senior Publisher Partnership Manager - Remote

Overview

Thanks (thanks.co) is seeking an experienced Senior Publisher Partnership Manager with 3-5 years experience in the Ad Tech space (particularly in off-site & retail media) to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our strategic accounts achieve maximum value from their partnerships with us.

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key advertiser partners.
• Lead the onboarding process for new advertisers.
• Demonstrated ability to source, create, monitor & optimize marketing strategies.
• Regularly analyze campaign performance and share insights with clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor for optimizing advertisers' campaigns.
• Work closely with internal teams to align on client initiatives.
• Drive client satisfaction to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in the Ad Tech space.
• Strong understanding of Martech & CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo).
• Ability to monitor and analyze ad performance.
• Experience in performance marketing.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
