Principal Full Stack Developer with React - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Principal Full‑Stack Engineer - someone who builds things that matter and leads by example. You’ll write code, define architecture, and help shape our product and engineering culture.

In Short

• Ship full-stack features - React frontends, backend APIs, data layers, infra scripts, etc.
• Review code, mentor engineers, and raise the bar across the team
• Lead architecture & technical standards without red tape

• Troubleshoot production issues and guide incident response

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience with excellent full-stack skills
• 4+ years working with React (Next.js), Nest.js/Express, GraphQL, Docker, Postgres
• Understanding of system design and architecture - CQRS, event sourcing, distributed systems
• Experience building scalable, secure, production-ready systems
• Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Enjoys working in high-trust, low-bs environments
