Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an engineering manager in SaaS-based product development.
• Proven experience leading projects in an Agile environment.
• Ability to attract, hire, and mentor top engineering talent.
• Experience leading remote teams.
• Passion for quality and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Solid understanding of best practices related to high availability and performance.
• Familiarity with building microservices.
• B.S. or M.S. Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
