Requirements

• Solid experience as a software engineer with a background in .NET (C#), Golang, Python, or similar languages.
• Practical experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience in leading and developing software engineering teams.
• Work experience in microservices and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and observability.
• Project management skills and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Participation in strategic business initiatives (e.g., operational efficiency, innovation, security).
• Experience in high-complexity environments with high transaction volumes.
