Overview

The Senior Operational Risk Analyst at Neon will play a vital role in identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational risks within critical processes of the institution. The position allows for remote work from anywhere in Brazil, fostering collaboration and innovation.

In Short

• Map processes and identify operational risks.
• Support the maintenance of internal control frameworks.
• Conduct Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA).
• Collaborate with teams to identify risks and design controls.
• Update risk and control matrices.
• Support regulatory reporting and inspections.
• Help structure risk indicators (KRIs) and management reports.
• Conduct internal training on operational risk and controls.
• Monitor operational incidents and propose mitigation actions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in operational risk, internal controls, audit, or compliance in financial institutions.
• Advanced knowledge of operational risk frameworks and methodologies.
• Understanding of the three lines of defense and best practices in internal controls.
• Familiarity with Central Bank regulations.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience with risk management and GRC tools.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
