Operational Risk Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an Operational Risk Analyst at FairMoney, you will assist with the management and oversight of operational risk within the Bank by executing and adopting the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF), focusing on risk identification, assessment, management, monitoring, and reporting.

In Short

• Perform risk assessments and maintain an up-to-date risk register.
• Conduct Control Assurance Testing aligned with risk events.
• Coordinate and report on the Bank’s Key Risk Indicators.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on operational risk issues.
• Prepare and deliver operational risk reports to Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operational Risk analysis or similar roles.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software, risk modelling tools, Excel, SQL.
• Strong quantitative analysis experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
