The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at Tempus will lead a sales team focused on exceeding sales goals in the cancer genomics sector. This role involves developing regional business plans and managing Clinical Account Executives across Minnesota, North Dakota, and West Wisconsin.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management.
  • Deep knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry.
  • Experience in Oncology-based tests and services.
  • Proven success in recruiting and developing talent.
  • Strong skills in consultative selling and relationship management.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Understanding of the oncology reimbursement environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
