Onboarding Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Onboarding Program Manager to own and elevate the Temporal employee onboarding experience at a pivotal stage of growth.

In Short

• Own and evolve Temporal’s company wide onboarding experience.
• Design and deliver a cohort-based onboarding program.
• Plan and execute multi-day in-person onboarding immersions.
• Create and maintain engaging onboarding content.
• Partner with managers for role-specific onboarding.
• Integrate AI tools into onboarding programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding.
• Gather feedback to improve onboarding effectiveness.
• Scale onboarding programs as the company grows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in employee onboarding or related roles.
• Track record of building onboarding programs in tech companies.
• High quality instructional design skills.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience developing content across multiple formats.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Comfort with technology tools like Notion, Slack, and Zoom.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Design inclusive onboarding experiences.
• Experience with accessibility in in-person events.
