The Program Manager, Clinician Onboarding will shape how clinicians are introduced to and trained on Abridge's technology, driving engagement and success.

• Lead clinician onboarding and training programs.

• 4+ years of experience in clinician training or onboarding.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in clinician training or onboarding.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience developing training strategies across formats.
• Passion for improving healthcare technology adoption.
• Familiarity with Epic is a bonus.
