In Short

  • Lead a high-performing commercial team focused on renewable energy partnerships.
  • Deliver predictable commercial results, hitting revenue and volume targets.
  • Embed operational excellence in sales processes.
  • Act as a senior deal coach and blocker remover for the team.
  • Bring customer and market insights back into the organization.
  • Own a consistently high-performing commercial team in year one.
  • Contract over 3TWh of volume and impact monthly megawatt-hour growth.
  • Set up performance rhythms and audit the commercial engine.
  • Strengthen collaboration with Product and Ops teams.
  • Create a growth and capability plan for the team.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years in commercial leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS, energy, or climate tech.
  • Experience leading across multiple sales motions.
  • Hands-on background in energy contracting.
  • Proven ability to build structure in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-first approach with pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene.
  • A coaching mindset with high standards.
