Overview

The Sales & Partnership Manager will engage companies in a unique film event format that fosters connection and memorable experiences.

In Short

  • Act as the primary contact for clients from inquiry to booking.
  • Convince HR and marketing managers of the event concept.
  • Build and develop a network of event agencies, venues, and partners.
  • Proactively approach new target groups and create outreach strategies.

  • Remote work is possible, but regular presence in the Frankfurt office is important.
  • Occasional on-site presence at events, client meetings, and trade fairs.
  • Opportunity to take on a leadership role with relevant experience.

Requirements

  • Initial to several years of sales experience, preferably in events, agencies, or services.
  • Ability to inspire people and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Structured, self-organized, and entrepreneurial work style.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, or industry gatherings.
  • Digital marketing knowledge is a plus, particularly in email, CRM, social, or performance marketing.
  • Desire to actively shape a growing format.
