Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • 2 years in partnerships or client service roles.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Strong process orientation and metrics focus.
  • Basic analytics capabilities and Excel skills.
  • Experience with presentation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Experience running referral and affiliate programs.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Warm and engaging demeanor.
  • Deep curiosity about Tia’s care model.
