Registered Nurse, Virtual Care - Remote

By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.

In Short

• Support patients through virtual clinical communication, phone calls, care coordination, and provider inbox support.
• Respond to patient messages and phone calls in a timely, clear, and empathetic way.
• Triage patient needs and escalate urgent or complex clinical concerns using Tia protocols.
• Support provider inboxes, clinical tasks, medication refills, and care follow-up.
• Communicate lab and imaging results to patients using established workflows.
• Help patients understand next steps in their care and connect them to the right team member when needed.
• Partner with providers, RNs, and care team members to support a high-quality patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA.
• Work in a fast-paced virtual care environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse license in California, or ability to obtain California licensure prior to start date.
• 1+ year of healthcare, clinical, or patient-facing experience.
• Experience using EMR systems, clinical messaging tools, and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients.
• Ability to manage multiple patient messages and tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling confidential patient information.
