We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Registered Nurse to join our team, providing administrative and patient support remotely while ensuring smooth front desk operations.

• Handle front desk duties remotely, including patient inquiries and medical records management
• Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks and documentation
• Coordinate insurance verification and prior authorizations
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
• Registered Nurse (RN) background required
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR is mandatory
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting
