Registered Nurse - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Registered Nurse to join our growing team in Cheyenne, WY! This is a new role for the office which will assist with clinical operations, compliance, and growth for the nation's largest privately owned non-skilled home health agency. This is an office-based position with some work in the field. There is no bedside nursing in this position. It is a supervisory role. The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide medical support to our clients in their homes.

In Short

• Visit patients in their homes for one-on-one assessments.
• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the needs of home health patients.
• Assess patients’ conditions and chart observations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing.
• Current state license as an RN.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally.
