Overview

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking AI Consultant to help us build smart, automated systems that improve sales performance, streamline reporting, and support surgeon engagement.

In Short

• Build AI-powered systems using OpenAI and orchestrate workflows using 8n8.
• Fully lead three core projects related to sales and reporting.
• Create a UI tool that lets business users edit AI prompts without coding.
• Design and launch multiple AI agents for complex workflows.
• Build pipelines connecting Salesforce and Tableau as key data sources.
• Ensure systems are reliable, easy to maintain, and align with business goals.
• Work closely with sales leaders, analysts, and technical teams.
• Experience with OpenAI tools and APIs is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce structure and Tableau data exports.
• Proven track record of building scalable AI systems from start to finish.

Requirements

• Experience with OpenAI tools and APIs (especially for building AI prompts).
• Experience building task-based AI agents using tools like 8n8.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce structure and API access.
• Familiarity with Tableau data exports and reporting.
• Ability to create a no-code or low-code UI for AI prompt logic.
• Curious and self-motivated, eager to stay updated with AI tools.
