As a Virtual Intake Registered Nurse at Twin Health, you will play a crucial role in guiding the clinical enrollment process for members, helping them activate in Twin programs and improve their health.

Requirements

• Active RN license with additional state licenses preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of nursing experience in various healthcare systems.
• Experience in triage/intake, case/care management, or population health preferred.
• BSN or MSN from an accredited nursing school required.
• Skilled in motivational interviewing.
• Comfort with adopting new technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with electronic documentation systems.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
