Overview

As an Employee Relations Investigator at TP, you will provide direction, support, and recommendations for resolving critical employee relations activities, including workplace investigations and performance management.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources focused on Employee Relations.
  • Experience in a call center or contact center environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations and document findings.
  • Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience leading multiple concurrent employee relations activities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams.
