• 5+ years of experience in HR operations or employee relations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or case management.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with HR case management systems.
• Success in roles requiring rapid information processing.
• Strong typing speed and comfort navigating multiple systems.
• Prior experience in staffing or HR analytics.
