Overview

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Employee Relations Investigator. This individual should be highly organized, have a general understanding of US employment law, and be Quality/Compliance oriented.

In Short

  • Manage and conduct thorough investigations of high-risk, sensitive workplace cases.
  • Collect and perform analysis of employment-related data.
  • Prepare comprehensive investigation reports with findings.
  • Maintain and protect accurate, confidential records.
  • Identify and report practices that create legal risk.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to resolve complaints.
  • Drive performance management through standardized processes.
  • Assist in special projects as requested.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years' of progressive experience in employee relations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of US federal, state and tribal employment laws.
  • Ability to protect confidentiality and personal privacy.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
