In Short

  • Field customer inquiries and find innovative ways to respond.
  • Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media.
  • Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues.
  • Track all call-related information for auditing.
  • Provide feedback on call issues.
  • Upsell if required.
  • Work in a collaborative and engaging environment.
  • Interact with diverse customers.
  • Work from home with specific internet requirements.
  • Must hold relevant licenses for healthcare roles.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (CNA/CMA).
  • College degree (RN).
  • Minimum of 6 months of healthcare/customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems.
  • Active License for RN role required.
  • Experience proof for CNA/CMA role preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
