Overview

The Customer Support Advocate is responsible for handling customer queries from users while driving for a one-touch resolution experience. The role focuses on providing exceptional service and support to users in a remote-first environment.

In Short

  • Assist users in their entire experience across the marketplace.
  • Efficiently address and solve user issues primarily via live channels.
  • Build connection and trust with users to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Proactively ensure exceptional service.
  • Identify trends and provide constructive feedback.
  • Anticipate and respond to new challenges.
  • Champion customer needs and advocate for improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Work full-time, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Tech-curious with excellent typing skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Available full-time (40 hours/week).
