Overview

The HR Business Partner role at Tandem is a fixed-term position aimed at supporting the People team during a period of change, working closely with senior leaders to implement people strategies.

In Short

Requirements

• Relevant HR generalist experience.
• Flexible and adaptable working style.
• Good understanding of employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• CIPD qualification is required.
• Experience in FCA-regulated environments is a plus.
