In Short

  • The Account Manager is responsible for managing existing customer accounts.
  • Renewing existing customer contacts and selling add-on solutions.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing updates.
  • Delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction and relationships.
  • Documenting customer contacts in Salesforce.com.
  • Working with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identifying client issues and creating follow-up plans.
  • Developing a sales pipeline and fulfilling assigned quotas.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and client operations.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of T2’s software products and services.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in a sales position.
  • Ability to maintain a sales pipeline and forecast opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the parking industry is preferred.
  • Ability to present information effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and documents.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
