Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team, responsible for delivering CIS solutions and value-added services to customers.

In Short

• Work with project teams to deliver CIS solutions.
• Perform business process requirements analysis and documentation.
• Conduct system configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Train end-users in software usage.
• Provide subject matter expertise for customer implementations.
• Assist with data mapping and validation.
• Document training materials and facilitate communication.
• Participate in discovery sessions with clients.
• Manage multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills.
• Travel up to 25% in North America.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in CIS and Utility Industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SQL and UNIX commands.
