Swan is looking to hire a Swan Private Account Executive to work closely with HNW clients throughout their Bitcoin journey, providing guidance and high-quality service.
In Short
Work with high-net-worth clients on their Bitcoin investments.
Generate leads through personal branding and digital sales.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Provide expert guidance on Bitcoin and Swan products.
Ensure high satisfaction rates for new clients.
Execute orders and concierge services as needed.
Available for clients via SMS seven days a week.
Collaborate with the sales team for overall success.
Travel within the US as necessary.
Must have a strong presence in the Bitcoin community.
Requirements
Deep knowledge of Bitcoin and financial markets.
Experience in client service and wealth management.
Strong listening and empathetic skills.
Ability to prioritize client needs and respond quickly.
Experience with media appearances and content creation.
Basic knowledge of tax, trust, and inheritance.
4-5 years of relevant experience.
Must be US-based and eligible to work in the US.
Ability to thrive in a remote environment.
