Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to help expand our reach in the EU, US, Canada, and beyond. In this role, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to our success as a leader in Support-as-a-Service.

  • Research and identify prospective customers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Conduct insightful meetings that showcase SupportYourApp's value and address client needs.
  • Nurture leads through clear and concise email correspondence.
  • Collaborate with clients to define objectives and align solutions with their requirements.
  • Assist in crafting compelling commercial proposals that resonate with clients.
  • Work with marketing and technical teams to optimize sales efforts and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Provide timely sales activity reports to management, tracking progress and identifying improvements.
  • Gather insights from stakeholders to inform product development and service enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in business development with a successful B2B sales track record.
  • Experience in EU, US, and Canadian markets, understanding cultural nuances.
  • Build sales strategy from the scratch.
  • Familiarity with the helpdesk and CRM market to effectively position our solutions.
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2), able to convey complex information clearly.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls to uncover client needs.
  • Proven ability to close deals with strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently to achieve goals.
  • Quick learner who can thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Innovative thinker eager to explore new ideas.
