  • Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships.
  • Work with management to create a sales plan.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Conduct full cycle prospecting activities.
  • Make in-person sales calls to customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams.
  • Utilize tools and CRM for planning and managing territory.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Overnight travel may be required.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of industrial sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with hydraulic equipment rebuilding and repair is a plus.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency is required.
