In Short

You’ll work directly with developers that want to learn how Stytch works.
Help them design an implementation and answer any questions they have.
Serve as the voice of the customer within Stytch.
Ensure customer insights make it back to our Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Collaborate in-person on a weekly basis (2-3 days per week in-office).
Be a confident technical resource for our customers.
Work on scaling our team and improving our core product.
Engage in project work outside of answering tickets.
Participate in a structured interview process.
Contribute to a high-growth environment.

Requirements

A strong sense of empathy for understanding customer needs.
Tenacity, curiosity, and grit to troubleshoot solutions.
Ability to read and write code.
Familiarity with modern web services and APIs.
Experience with authentication protocols (SAML/OAuth) is a bonus.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Enthusiasm to work in a high-growth environment.
