Requirements

• 2+ years as a sourcer or recruiter, preferably in higher education or tech.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong expertise with sourcing tools and techniques.
• Ability to optimize an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Understanding of Boolean search logic.
• Experience using social media platforms for recruitment.
• Self-motivated with a history of making progress in ambiguity.
• Ability to develop authentic relationships with candidates.
• Experience in a remote work environment.
• Effective communicator using Teams and email.
