• We are looking for an Experienced Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
• This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in private equity-backed companies.
• Responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and monthly backlog reports.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare monthly projections.
• Manage monthly bank package reporting and quarterly covenant reporting.
• Track and analyze weekly commissions and related expenses.
• Prepare and manage the cash flow report on a weekly basis.
• Support various financial projects and analyses as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MBA or CFA preferred.
• 3-7 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Experience in private equity-backed companies is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning tools.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay range is from $110,000-$120,000.
