Overview

This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation. Wayfair is continuing to expand our commitment to hiring and supporting talent early in their careers, focusing on filling opportunities with experienced graduates who have 1-3 years of experience.

In Short

• Drive Brand Finance forecasting workstreams for Wayfair’s highest growth websites and brands.
• Support leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Strengthen relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Work with large data sets to identify data issues.
• Engage with stakeholders to resolve data issues.
• Ensure accurate accounting of financial data.
• Resolve billing disputes with suppliers.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and SQL.
• Ability to work as a self-starter and team player.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and enjoys tackling new challenges.
• Effective communication skills.
