Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Finance Analyst will support the Client Account Finance Manager with all areas of the finance function of the account, including month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for the Client, Account Management team and to the JLL Corporate Finance Team.

In Short

• Preparation of invoices and supporting documentation to Clients.
• Managing and continually improving the invoicing process.
• Manage and monitor project budgets and financials.
• Ensure accurate recording of expenses and accruals.
• Support monthly reporting process.
• Client-facing role to ensure delivery of financials.
• Develop and implement Client reporting tools.
• Build strong collaborative partnerships with client project managers.
• Maintain project schedule and cost data.
• Provide expert advice to local Facilities Managers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Motivated, positive, and flexible in approach to work.
• Proactive in identifying issues and potential solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively and through challenges.
• Commitment to customer service and problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Office tools, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel VBA & Macros.
• Ability to learn quickly and desire to develop.
• Self-supporting and able to deliver to tight deadlines.
