Overview

The Business Development Manager for Storage Solutions is responsible for identifying key decision-makers and new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

In Short

  • Identify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Assess prospect’s needs to position Storage Solutions as a resource.
  • Follow defined lead generation processes to meet KPIs.
  • Utilize tools to contact, research, and qualify leads.
  • Understand decision-making processes within companies.
  • Build a pipeline of future opportunities.
  • Maintain leads and accounts in Salesforce.com CRM.
  • Collaborate with project management and sales support teams.
  • Participate in internal process improvement projects.
  • Travel may be required for the position.

Requirements

  • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport.
  • Effective listening and questioning skills.
  • Ability to overcome objections and think critically.
  • Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
