Overview

We are seeking an exceptional team member to join Storage Solutions as a Lifecycle Field Service Technician. This individual will be responsible for performing both hardware and software troubleshooting and repairs across our portfolio of automation equipment.

In Short

  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Frequent travel to customer locations.
  • Support installation activities for new projects.
  • Ensure optimal performance of automation systems.
  • Manage work orders and inventory at client sites.
  • Utilize technical manuals for diagnostics.
  • Prepare field service reports.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Support company goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Up to 50% travel, domestically and internationally.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls field.
  • 1+ years of experience for entry level; 5+ years for mid-level.
  • Experience with material handling automation equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ANSI, ISO).
  • Experience with MaintainX CMMS software platform.
