Overview

The Lifecycle Project Coordinator will support the lifecycle sales organization by managing sales orders, coordinating delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate activities and resources related to Life Cycle Services orders.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements and timelines.
• Enter sales orders and ensure purchase orders are issued.
• Monitor job progress and assist in organizing part returns.
• Issue legal paperwork and reconcile completed jobs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Support collections as necessary.
• Prepare reports as requested.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
