Strategic HR Lead - Remote

Overview

The Strategic HR Lead is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the firm. They will lead the firm’s HR and organization, develop teams, implementing firm-wide policies and procedures that foster cultural integration and common values within a growing and complex international environment.

Requirements

• BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MA and HR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws.
• Proven experience managing HR functions across multiple countries.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in investigating and resolving employee misconduct matters.
• Experience managing US immigration and compliance obligations.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience implementing HRIS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
