Overview

This is a remote position for a senior employment attorney with a minimum of 15 years of experience in employment law defense.

Requirements

• Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation background
• Must have current experience with school third party administrator employment panels
• Trial experience preferred
• Experience with public entity defense is a plus
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to proactive case management
