REMOTE Employment Law Attorney

Overview

An employment lawyer can handle a wide range of issues, including but not limited to employment contracts, severance agreements, workplace safety, discrimination and harassment claims, compliance with labor laws, and representation in disputes with the Labour Board or in court. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Well-established employment litigation defense background
• Experience working with school third party administrator employment panels
• Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees
• Member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• Superior research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Commitment to proactive case management
